so mouse kept working? but it would do nothing. animations kept drawing, but no
keyboard or mouse inptu works? can u ctrl+alt+f1 to a terxt console and po0ke
around? run top - see if anything is eating cpu? can u ssh in remotely and try?
if E is using 100% cpu or something - attatch to e with gdb (see the faq on
e.org for details on helping debug) then get a backtrace, so we get an idea of
where it's at - if it's stuck in an infinete loop or something?
