incorrect - if you set it to "below everything" then it will be identical to
before EXCEPT you are limited to screen edges. i have said this so many times
now and people don't listen and keep spreading the FALSE notion that it has to
be "ugly". you simply have not used all the options available to you.

and what on EARTH are you doing reading rss on your desktop behind all your
windows in the middle of the screen? it's just bad ui design. things like an
rss reader SHOULD simply have an indicator that something new turned up as some
button/indicator and on a mouse over or a clock pops up a WINDOW with the rss
news in it.

all i see is people wanting to put things on the desktop for the novelty value
of semi-transparency and that's it. its almost entirely bad ui design.
