Hi Cedric, thanks for explaining the basic requirement on IRC.

Until you get the time to write up a quick list of requirements, I had a look 
around and most people recommend a svn browser, like websvn, instead of a 
general website like drupal.  Have a look here for features:

I'm sure there are others, but haven't looked further at this point.

Some people also mention github, although this is a hosted service.
