I don't think you want sticky if each desktop is to show a different folder.
Anyway, I don't think efm can do that now. There is a setting to change the
folder that is to be shown, but that's about it. As an alternative, you
could use a folderview screenlet:

They work nicely, but need some hacking in the python code to open
files/folders properly using xdg-open instead of the default ubuntu-based
not-working-on-e17-unless-you-have-gnome stuff.

I hope that's a suitable solution for you.
