Good Morning,

I notice the wsod is back in all it's glory.
I just wanted to give my opinion.

Having lived a while now where E would just restart on it's own, I can tell you
I find it much preferable than the wsod.
To be honest, apart from the exception of devs maybe, I think that all users
will prefer the transparent(ish) reload of E that keeps their windows open. The
wsod for me is merely an accident waiting to happen (f1 and f2 are rather near
each other).

Only once did an unsuspecting colleague happen to be on my computer and
suffered a wsod. The result was that he pressed "exit", I presume hoping that
the unknown popup would dissappear. Little did he know that it was booby
trapped to destroy all his windows and close all of his work ! As you can
image, he promptly left mumbling something about linux.

In any case, if it's possible, I would much rather be able to configure my own
preference. i.e. a configuration that allows me to choose between
auto-restarting E or show me the popup (I doubt anyone would need / want an
auto-exit).

Thanks in advance,
