Easy to fix.  Install and run XScreensaver.  (You'll probably want to
add xscreensaver-autostart to your Startup Applications list.)  It has
an option to simply blank your screen, rather than show any of the
fancy graphics.  With that, you can unselect Enlightenment's screen
blanking.
