The systray module is built along with E, it's part of E itself so
everyone should see it in the list of available modules.
Once it is enabled you should add it to a shelf, right click on a shelf
and select "Contents" to access the dialog where you can add/remove
gadgets to the shelf.
If you're not on a recent Ubuntu it could be needed that you enable
xembed to make systray work, and to do it just right click on systray
and select systray->settings.
