If I understand correctly the logic used in E the parameter should be a
decimal value where 0 is the lowest level and 1 is the highest, so if
you want to change backlight level in step of 10% you should enter -0.1
and 0.1 to respectively dim and undim it.

That said, for some reason I'm not able to undim the screen, just able
to dim it.
After some trying I found that in acpi bindings I have two configured
actions to dim and undim the screen, the first with -0.1 parameter and
the latter with no parameter set. The odd thing is that if I try to set
it to 0.1 E seems to save the settings but it actually doesn't do it,
and if I close and reopen the dialog it is cleared again :(
