When did you ask for permission? Did it got approved? My queue of
requests is empty. You would click on the project and afterwards on
the big red View Defects button on the right.
If this is all fine for you and you just did ask recently it might
take a moment until you can see the defects.

Its all on the coverity side. Not coupled with phab.
