The UI for customizing the list of controls that are shown is now
completed and in GIT. Below the list of controls there is a small
button which pops up a menu allowing arbitrary camera controls to
be shown/hidden in the main UI.  We record this choice in preferences
on a per-camera model basis, so each camera you have can get a different
set of preferences for controls to show in the UI.
