Hi Termphong,
I understand GTAC has already resolved your issue.  For anyone else interested, 
the solution is to boot the appliance from the Dragon appliance image CD, mount 
the hard drive, and remove the root password from the shadow password file.  
Step-by-step instructions are available from GTAC.
