Dear Michael, My observations as per logs are
1. Radius server is not reachable some times. 2. IF other users are getting auth. means radius is functioning properly. 3. No problem with wireless setup. Following points need to be check 1. Check continuous reach ability of radius from controller 2. radius is not overloaded 3. from controller you can test radius 4. Capture wireshark logs at both controller & radius Please suggest 1. How many radius server configure in controller 2. which type of VNS you are using (routed/B@AP<mailto:routed/B@AP>) With best regards, Prashant Gavade ________________________________ From: Michael Baye [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, October 11, 2011 1:18 PM To: Enterasys Customer Mailing List Subject: [enterasys] Critical Radius Client No radius server available for WLAN service Hallo, I currently have problems with some users doing 802.1x.
