Do you use authentication in your network and Policy Manager? Within the last two/three NetSight versions, the port configuration wizard in Policy Manager enables "drop tagged packets".
You will need to set this option to disabled with any port wizard configuration you'll do. Not sure yet, if bug or feature. Hope this helps. -Markus Sent via iPhone.
