I've seen something similar with the C3. No traffic, link lights on, pull a network cable, link led still stays lit. Reboot clears it until the next time it happens. I then have Enterasys replace out the switch.

No traffic passes. Or many ports report slowness. "Molasses" is the word most often used. Most of our C2's are from 2004-2006 all are c2H or c2G (no POE) Anyone else see these behviours?
