We are currently running a demo of Netsight and were wondering if IM is capable of downloading configurations from Cisco devices?
When I add a Cisco device and attempt to download the config, I get the following error: Warning - The ability to archive configuration files for this device has been disabled. Capacity planning data may still have been collected even though the device archived without a configuration file. The Cisco device is a 2811 router.
