Reese, GTAC to the rescue!
When you add the Cisco device to Netsight, I had to create custom SNMP and CLI Credentials. Once you have these setup, click on the device in the Network Elements tab in IM, then click the Image Information tab. Change the Configuration MIB to Script. Change the Device Family Definition File Name to Cisco Systems – TFTP. Then run an archive job. I am able to download the configs from all my Cisco equipment using this procedure!
