Arun, First of all 1. you are running older code and this is addressed in a newer image. 2. hitting the reset button and then waiting a few minutes (in newer code would address this issue. 3. try rw and enter then save off the config to a server and modify the system line that disables the admin account 4. tftp the new config onto the unit and set the unit to boot with the config 5. upgrade the firmware
