Hello Michael,

You can download the AP logs from the same menu by selecting "Traces"
and then selecting the individual AP and then "Retrieve Traces" . We
can get a case opened with GTAC and look into this for you.

Best regards,
Jason

    Hello,

I noticed strange ping timeouts with some AP36xx series (software:
08.11.06.0006). Several access points on different switches within
different subnets in different buildings. Looking at the switches
they are loosing the link for some seconds, several times a day. I
checked cabling, replaced poe switches, but still those strange
timeouts. It seems they boot. But why? Too many users? Incompatible
poe switches? I simply don´t know.

So I looked at the controller logs and within AP logs it says: "12
sec in cycle 1: AccessPoint Problem Report captured: ap-report.txt "
Well? Now I´m actually looking at that file "ap-report.txt" But
where is it? Where can I look at it? Where can I download it?
Perhaps I simply miss the forest for the trees...

    Michael
