Anyone running a complete Enterasys networking shop, but have Nortel phones/PBX? We just cutover one site that now has a S4 core and B5 stacks for end-users; some users have started experiencing a loud squeal on their VOIP phone when trying to make or receive a call and then the entire phone freezes up. Only way to fix is to unplug the Ethernet and back in to reboot it. It's purely random and hard to replicate but my next step is to put a fluke on one of the phones and capture until it happens again. We are also working this on the phone side too and checking what Nortel says.
