Also java version needs 32bit and not 64bit. I attempted numerous options and can‘t get to fix it. I have confirmed Windows Firewall is not active in Domain Profile. I checked all services including nssnmp.dll all seems intact I am not using snmp ver3 so configuring snmptrapd.conf is not the problem restarted services and the server no change, re-installed no change as you can see I do contact my devices… Any ideas?
