I also set/lock this preference:
privacy.cpd.history = false.
I think it might prevent the "Clear" Recent history from removing
Browsing & download history.  There's a larger list of similar

I'm not familiar with PolicyPak, but in my environment the cck2 is
installed so that it also applies to newly created profiles also. Is
that not how PolicyPak works?
