This decision is not going to be reversed for consumer Firefox. Businesses should use ESR, which has been the Mozilla guidance for years.

Hello, As a result of the decision by Mozilla to deny users the ability to make their own decisions with respect to installing unsigned Addons, I'd like to just stay on version 43 until this decision is reversed. I'd like to continue to get minor updates automatically, but no updates to 44+. Is this possible? If not, I guess I have to disable auto updates for everyone in our organization, and just do them manually. If the decision isn't reversed, I will be, sadly, after loving Firefox since before version 1.0, I guess version 43 will be the last version I'll use until it is no longer usable with most websites, after which I guess I'll be forced to switch to another browser. Hopefully sanity will prevail and this will not come to pass. Thanks in advance for any help...
