Are you asking to enable plugins by default?
Setting the preference:
plugin.default.state
to
2
should do that.

Hello everyone,
I’m using CCK2 to configure my Firefox. In the configuration, I enable
permissions for my domain (stm.info) with allow all. Under
preferences, I set these:
-Extensions.enabledScopes = 15
-Extensions.blocklist.enabled = false
-Plugins.click_to_play = false
With all these settings, when I get into a website with PDF, I get a
grey screen (like the click to play screen without the option) instead
of having the pdf open in firefox with Adobe Reader. When I check into
plugins, Adobe Acrobat is on always enable. When I right-click on the
grey screen, it says “activate plugins”, which give me the click to
play button and the “just now/remember” prompt.
Is there a new way to record prevent this now vs when I was under
Firefox 38 ESR?
Thank you
