I'm getting it personally every time I start Firefox ESR even if I have clicked the little x.

How often are your users getting this prompt?

If the problem is that your users are getting it the first time using Firefox, delete the
"parent.lock" file from the default user profile.

I think the counter is actually 60 days now. If they use Firefox at least once every two months,
they should never see it. There is a little "x" next to the "Reset Firefox..."
button, but it only resets the counter back to 60 days again.

Is there a way for a user to say "Thank you but no thanks" on the reset
prompt? I don't necessarily want to disable it, but it's real annoying there
isn't
a "Never prompt me again" option on it.
