Same here. All these prompts are a nuisance, and this one is the worst.
You can set pref("browser.disableResetPrompt", true) to get rid of it.

I think the counter is actually 60 days now. If they use Firefox at
least once every two months, they should never see it. There is a
little "x" next to the "Reset Firefox..." button, but it only resets
the counter back to 60 days again.
