Thanks Johan, That was a copy paste error on my part, my certificate is in fact in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\ROOT\Certificates and is only read during firefox.exe startup if I use the mozilla.cfg pref to specify security.enterprise_roots.enabled=true. User pref is not having any effect. Even then, once it is read, it is not being used to mark the site as trusted.
Sorry I cant offer more in the way of debug output other than to bluntly say that it is not working. I'll check in on all of this once the feature has made it to ESR and will I be prepared to offer a plethora of debug output at that time. This is a very promising feature.
