I was able to get it to work with mozilla.cfg and with a user pref but not with
my internal certificate. I was able to use cacert.org's certificates to
reproduce a success. https://www.cacert.org<https://www.cacert.org/>
This means that it is my CA cert or the internal sites cert that have a problem
even though they are fine in other browsers. My apologies to everyone and sorry
I cant share the internal site or certificates.
