something more stable - and are more likely to be running AD domain
environments - it seems backwards to me to require domain joined for RR
and not for ESR...
Exactly, "likely to be running AD domain" so the policies are open for
ESR, enterprises have more control on users machines, so the critical
policies are not so dangerous. In case of RR, Mozilla want to avoid
these critical policies to be manipulated by malware or other nefarious
people on non business users.
