There is a small bug in Entourage's import routine when importing contacts
from Now Contact. Now Contact has a field called "Title", which is something
that is usually found after the name. It could be Jr., M.D., Ph.D., etc.
This info is imported into the "Job Title" category in Entourage, which is
the error. The info should be imported into the Suffix Category. This makes
a big difference when someone with a advanced degree also holds a job with a
title, ex. "John Q. Public, Ph.D., Vice-President of Public Relationships"
(His wife is president of Public's relationships).
Not a biggie, and Paul Berkowitz (what a surprise) has already written a
script to transfer the data to the correct category. His script will add the
degree to the end of a name even if the name ends in Jr., ie, John Smith,
Jr. may become "John Smith, Jr., Esq."
So guys, please put this on your list to fix for the next update. Shouldn't
be a biggie.
