I have to agree with Dan here, Entourage (and OE) soft-wraps unwrapped
received mail to your window width, I often receive this type of mail on
other lists from Eudora and Windows clients. However, not to obscure Allen's
main point, I agree with him that there should be a way to send unwrapped
plain text mail from Entourage/OE. There *are* situations such as Allen
described when the user should be able to select "Unwrap outgoing Message",
standard compliance would then be served except in situations that a user
decided that compromising this "standard" would serve his needs best. Is
this one of those vague standards open to interpretation, or are you saying
that OE/Rage is the one of the only [modern] clients that observes it?
