Try running this script:
tell application "Microsoft Entourage"
set theItem to make new task
set category of theItem to {category "Work", category "Work"}
end tell
Notice the deliberate error, with duplicate categories. Entourage happily
assigns the category twice, so that in the Category column of the Task view,
you see "Work, Work". To get rid of the category, you need to choose Work
from the Categories popup menu twice.
