Many thanks to all for the suggestions on how to make Boiler plate emails
stick to their folder. This is a really important part of my use of
Entourage, so I really played with the ideas.

The Signature idea from Dan was really thinking outside the box! I did it
immediately with the text-only boilerplates (emails without attachments).
Works great for those.

I did George's script (below), but I couldn't figure out what it did (I'm
really new to scripting). I think, though, that what it does is somehow make
all the emails in any file become "Read". This then allows any of those Read
messages to use the Resend command, since Resend doesn't work on any message
that are new, or from someone other than oneself. I think.

It does work fine to have all the Boilerplate/Template in a separate folder.
To use them now, I highlight this "Templates" folder, highlight the message
I want to use, push Resend (now assigned a key shortcut), and voila, I'm
able to send it, without any extra "Forward" text, and the message stays
there.
