First, before we get into a script:

Is your account in Microsoft Entourage set up to provide the POP
authentication automatically? In the Tools Menu, open "Accounts", and then
open the account you use to access Yahoo and Ematic (one at a time). Click
on "click here for advanced sending options" and you will see fields in
which to enter your username, password, and a box to check to save your
password. This should then automatically provide the necessary
authentication each time you send mail.

Then, you can use the ordinary Send & Receive all, on a schedule, to do what
you want. I think...someone correct me if I am wrong.
