How to print envelope labels

I'm looking for a way to print the normal

Name
Address
City, State, Zip

onto a classic 5160 Avery-type envelope label (the ones that come 3 across
and 10 down), for addressing envelopes/packages

I see that there's an Add and Edit button in the print command, but neither
of these allow for this kind of formatting.

Any ideas?
