Not to take sides on the issue, but, SPAM is SPAM regardless of how worthy
the cause (for what its worth I appreciate your efforts). For the sake of
argument, I will assume that you are sending mail to 1393 people who have
requested to be on your mailing list.
As to the technical problem, while Entourage doesn't specifically prevent
you from mailing to 1000+ people in one email. It really isn't designed for
such a task. If you are planning on doing this often, may I suggest a list
server of some sort.
