I've just started using a beta version of John Carlsen's eMessage Archiver,
which write to a FileMaker Pro database. It still has a way to go to be all
I want. John, now recovering from a stroke, will be working on it. I know
that, for a fact, he has already developed many improved features such as
faster finding and sorting that have not yet been released, so we can expect
more to come. He recently announced the URL for downloading it on this list.

Also, Diane Ross has a version of Dan Crevier's "Transfer to Archive" script
that archives in his version of a FMP database. To my knowledge it is a
basic archive and does not track a lot of the newer fields and flags from
Entourage.
