I’m not from Microsoft and this is just my opinion. But, this isn’t the support channel but a discussion channel.
You might want to go to the Personal Support area of <http://support.microsoft.com/directory/onlinesr.asp?FR=0&SD=GN> and submit the problem officially. I’ve never failed to get a response when using this method. Usually within a couple of days. Several times they’ve even called me to discuss the issue. It’s true they don’t always supply a fix or work around but no company does.
