To determine which folder Microsoft Entourage is using, just put a script in
one of the Entourage Script Items Folders and see if it shows up in the
script menu in Entourage. If it does, that is the scripts folder in use, and
its container is the Documents folder in use.

If you have nothing you care to preserve in the other Documents folder, you
can delete it.
