Okay, thanks. It was very frustrating to get that nice invitation and then
be, basically, unable to reply to it!  I was quite shocked when I clicked
"Decline" and had the message sent <immediately>. At the least it should
just get put into the Outbox folder, no? It's a forced "Send Now," and I
don't like that, either.

I wanted to decline and suggest an alternate date. I had to compose a fresh
outgoing message instead, quickly, to explain why I'd declined. The way this
is designed now it forces people to be rather rude: "Would you like to come
to a meeting/lunch?" "No!"
