To send snail mail letters to people in your Address Book, go to Word and
open the Contacts toolbar, then start a letter. Type the first few letters
of a recipient's name, and you will be prompted by Word with the full name.
Hit return to fill in the name, then select the address elements from the
toolbar.

If you are sending the same letter to a group of people, you may or may not
need to put all their names and addresses into a header. There's no way at
present to address a snail-mail letter to a group.

The mail-merge abilities of Entourage are rather limited right now; folks
are developing scripts that may help out.
