hello listas!
I was wondering is anyone else is having problems sending .MPG and .MP3 attachments to windows users. I frequently send attachments using E, images (.jpg and .gif) always seem to work fine, but .MPG and .MP3 attachments cannot be read by windows recipients. my default setting is “Encode for Macintosh (BinHex); no compression” is there a default setting that I can set and forget? or will I constantly have to switch this setting back and forth.

DON’T have default setting to binhex encoding if you frequently write to Windows users as well as Mac (and who doesn’t?). Set your default encoding to AppleDouble – it works fine for both Windows and Mac.
