Alas, scripts cannot activate mail rules. However, they can do pretty much
anything a rule can do. How's this? I've used the name of a subfolder I
store such messages in. If your "Read Mail" folder is at the top level, you
would refer to it as 'folder "Read Mail"'.
tell application "Microsoft Entourage"
set theList to every message of folder "Inbox" whose (read status is
read) and (flagged is false)
repeat with aMsg in theList
move aMsg to folder "To File" of folder "!Process Later"
end repeat
end tell
Create a schedule to run that script, and you are done.
