Here are short descriptions:
Delete Related Events E
This script will delete calendar events based on criteria you select: whether the events have passed, their category, subject, location, links, or any combination of all these. This is particularly useful as time goes on and your Entourage database grows to very large proportions: with this script you can keep important past events for which you need a permanent record and delete the rest to reclaim the disk space and speed of Entourage.
Requirements: Microsoft Entourage.

Delete Completed Tasks E
This script will delete all your Tasks which have been checked as completed. It can be run from a Schedule to clean up up automatically every day or however frequently you wish to set your schedule.

Send Category Invitations E
This script will send iCal invitations for all events of a particular category you choose to any contacts or and/or groups you select in the Address Book. So you could set up a number of events (meetings, for example), give them their own category, and automatically send out invitations to the Group of members associated with these meetings for all the meetings at once. When the recipients receive and accept the invitations – if they all have Entourage or another email client that reads iCal messages – the meetings will all automatically be entered on their own calendars.
