Um...but those headers are part of the message.  How exactly is the software
supposed to psychically ascertain which ones you don't want under what
circumstances?

While I might grant that there is room for additional functionality, I'd
hardly characterize "preserving all the information" as the wrong thing.

These too are part of the message.  Although there are workarounds for this.

Although I believe that we'll see better integration in subsequent releases.
It's the Microsoft way. ;-)

A partial listing would likely increase the odds of those particular issues
having higher priority in subsequent releases.
