Paul! We need an AppleScript. ;-)
As previously mentioned, see <http://www.davros.org/misc/easter.html> for
the algorithm. ;-)

Or, if you just want to know the Paschal full moon for the next 9 years of
so, see <http://www.treasure-troves.com/astro/PaschalFullMoon.html>
Okay, okay, the next 9 years or so of Easter dates:
<http://www.treasure-troves.com/astro/Easter.html>
And, for the truly dedicated, the dates of Easter from 1700 A.D. through
2299 A.D. And a sample program in BASIC. And a discussion of the
difference between Catholic Easter and Orthodox Easter. ;-)

PS: It should be abundantly clear by now that I suffer from an interest in
the history of science. And oddly enough, the quest to determine the date
of Easter is arguably responsible for much of modern science.
PPS: Of course, any legitimate calendar program (hint, hint) should have the
ability to "predict" Easter built-in. But then you'd undoubtedly offend
other religious groups.
PPPS: More than you ever wanted to know about calendars:
