as a 5+ year eudora user I would humbly suggest that you index the message
body field.
in eudora you can do an advanced find (cmd-opt-F) and find anything � FAST!
as a high-volume emailer (300+ inbound/day) I can tell you that this is the
most disappointing aspect of entourage.
I frequent find myself hunting for an email containing a specific word, and
as a victim of too many mailboxes and filters (rules in E) that email could
be buried almost anywhere. a quick search through the eudora advanced find
feature could find what I was looking for (through thousands of messages) in
seconds.
please register my vote for more indexing and better, faster searching.
if I am going to keep E, I will need this functionality

As you might guess, the message text field is *not* indexed in Entourage.
It's something we have considered. Do a lot of people often do searches of
the message text across all messages in the database?
