It's evident to me that what Scott wants is for the new contact window to
come up with the home information fields displayed in the first place, since
for any individual user, that is the information one wants to fill in most
of the time. If you are using Entourage in a business context, then having
"work" information fields show first makes sense. This ought to be user
selectable. To my knowledge, it is not. I, too, find it a pain to have to
switch everything to "home" before I can start filling in information.
Likewise, the same complaint when you use "Cmd-=" to add a sender's
information to the Address Book. It inserts the email address as "work." I
want to be able to tell Entourage to use "home" for that. Or, perhaps, <ask>
which it should be. Or, perhaps, choose the default (home or work), and let
Cmd-Opt-= put the address in the alternate field.
