Hi JX
This may be a known bug, but I can't tell from the info in your message. The
known bug occurs if you previously created new categories in Palm Desktop
(not the Palm itself), applied them to items in Palm Desktop, imported the
items and categories from Palm Desktop into Entourage, create and apply
categories in Entourage, and then synch to Palm. The way Entourage stores
and associates the IDs of the Entourage and the Palm categories appears to
become messed up with the import of the Palm Desktop categories.
Do you remember if you imported from Palm Desktop at some point? If so, I
would assume that this is the same problem.
