If I can gush for a second:

I've got to second Jay's comment about generosity. I've found this group to
be very positive, helpful, and generous with their time.
When I signed up for the list, it was just after installing Office 2001, and
I figured that, in lieu of a manual, I would learn some of the ins and outs
of Entourage, it being a new program. I planned to read the list for a few
weeks, pick up the major points, and then unsubscribe.
Instead, I find myself getting far more interested in E'rage than I had
previously planned - and here's the coolest part for me - I've also gotten
interested in AppleScript. I've started reading the online help Guidebook,
and writing my own (very rudimentary) scripts. I'm having lots of fun.

Thanks to everybody on the list - I've found a new interest thanks to you.
