The release of Office 2001 with Entourage had me hoping for good mail
merging.  It doesn't seem to be true.  When I use Word's Merge Manager and
select the data source as office address book, it goes to the entourage
data, but it only allows me to use some of the fields to merge into the
document.  And the Query Options are grayed out.  Am I missing something?
Do I have a setting wrong?

How can I select contacts in/from entourage to Mail Merge with Word and how
can I include additional fields to merge with?
